Please keep in mind that the home you are renting is in a quiet and close residential neighborhood with children and professionals living in the homes surrounding. Additionally, the property is managed and maintained by myself and my family. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional experience for our guests. We kindly ask that if you are planning to utilize this property for a party or an event that will disturb the neighborhood, damage the property, or smoke in the property, that you please do not rent our house. We're not opposed to parties, as we do consider ourselves a fun and fantastic family :) but we are opposed to them happening in this home. Thanks for understanding!

House Rules

Please do not flush any feminine sanitary items down the toilets. Pleas no glitter inside :) - if large amounts of glitter remain on surfaces, upholstery and carpets, a minimum $100 extra cleaning charge will apply. This is a friendly residential neighborhood with families and children nearby. Quiet hours exist from 9PM-7AM outdoors. Any outdoor activity/noise must be at or below standard conversation level within those quiet hours. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, e cigs anywhere on the property. This is a child and family friendly property. This property requires a $200 refundable damage deposit. This is collected through your customized guest portal, and held by a third party management software called hospitable. The deposit isnt charged until 2 days prior to arrival, and it’s returned shortly after checkout, usually within three business days. Smoking indoors will result in cleaning fees and or fines up to $1000 depending on severity of smoke contamination plus additional fees for damages to materials, burn marks or painting required to resolve smoke contamination. Just don’t smoke :)

Guest Access

The entire home. The home has a dedicated driveway that fits up to two vehicles, providing quick and efficient access through the side door of the home. The house has a front deck that is directly off the front door of the home. This has space and seating for roughly six people in the summer, we leave two seats, and a table out front in the winter (October-April) The back of the home extends to a small fully fenced in back patio and yard, with seating for six and a propane grill. You'll be provided an access code the day of your check-in, which will allow access through the deadbolt lock on the side door to the house. This code will also open a lockbox providing access to keys to the other two doors of the home.
